Pork Chile Verde with Spanish Style Rice
Chicken Pot Pie with a Mashed Potato Crust..made with our rotisserie pulled chicken.
- Put oven rack in middle of oven. Pre heat oven to 400 degrees. Take out chicken tikka from freezer, take off lid and cover container with foil. Put in oven for 30 minutes.
- Take off foil and cook another 25-30 minutes. At this time, also take lid off the frozen rice dish, cover in foil and put it too in the oven on the cookie sheet.
- Take off foil and enjoy. This is a nutritious and delicious dish. We used cilantro from our garden as well as San Marzano tomatoes from our garden that we had in our pantry!
Rigatoncini with Gia's Grandma's Braised Pork Sugo and 3 Cheese
- Place rack in the middle of oven and pre heat oven to 400degrees.
- Take pasta from the freezer, take off lid and cover pasta with tinfoil, place on a cookie sheet and place in pre heated oven. Set timer for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes take off the tinfoil and put back in the oven for 35 more minutes.Serve.
Lasagne Bolognese
- Arrange racks to the middle of the oven. Pre heat oven to 375.
- Then, put in frozen lasagna with lid on to middle of the oven for 30 mins.
- Turn heat then to 400 degrees and cook for another 30 minutes with lid on.
- Next, Take lid off after and cook for 15 more minutes.
- Take lasagne out of oven and let rest uncovered for 5-10 minutes before portioning.

- Put rack in the middle of the oven and pre heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Take beans from freezer, put on a cookie sheet, take off the lid, and then cover with aluminum foil and place in the pre heated oven.
- Set timer for 30 minutes.
- Take out of oven and remove tinfoil and put back in oven for 30 more minutes, then serve.
Pork Chile Verde with Spanish Style Rice
- Set rack to middle of oven. Pre heat oven to 375.
- Put frozen pork salsa verde in the oven with the lid on and cook for 45 minutes.
- Turn heat up to 400 degrees and cook 35 more minutes.
- Take lid off and serve.

- Place rack in middle of the oven. Pre heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Take pot pie from freezer, remove lid and cover with tin foil and put on middle rack in the pre heated oven.
- Cook for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes remove the tin foil and place back in the oven for another 35-40 minutes and serve.
