Chicken Tikka Masala with Steamed Basmati Rice

- Put oven rack in middle of oven. Pre heat oven to 400 degrees. Take out chicken tikka from freezer, take off lid and cover container with foil. Put in oven for 30 minutes.
- Take off foil and cook another 25-30 minutes. At this time, also take lid off the frozen rice dish, cover in foil and put it too in the oven on the cookie sheet.
- Take off foil and enjoy. This is a nutritious and delicious dish. We used cilantro from our garden as well as San Marzano tomatoes from our garden that we had in our pantry!
